Owner & President
Phil Doud
Owner & President since starting Precision Facility Solutions in 1996, Phil brings 33 years of experience to the Mechanical HVAC Industry, specifically in Testing & Balancing, Building Systems Commissioning, & Health Care Certification compliance. Phil is a certified Testing and Balancing Engineer and Supervisor through the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB).
Phil has also served as the Technical Director and President of the Great Plains Regional Chapter of NEBB in Kansas City.
Engineer
Nathan Jameson
Nathan is a graduate of the Iowa State School of Mechanical Engineering. Nathan joined our firm in summer of 2015 as an intern and in February of 2017 full time. Nathan is a certified Testing and Balancing Engineer and Supervisor through the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB).
Nathan is responsible for project coordination, estimating, duct leakage testing and Commissioning related activities.

Dan Doud
Dan is a NEBB Certified Project Supervisor. Dan joined Precision in 1997 and provides the services of Air and Hydronic Testing and Balancing at a supervisory level. Dan’s college coursework was in Environmental Studies.
Dan manages day to day projects of Testing and Balancing, and Commissioning related activities.
Project Supervisor
Ryan Freiberg
Ryan is a NEBB Certified Project Supervisor. Ryan joined Precision in 2001 and provides the services of Air and Hydronic Testing and Balancing at a Supervisory level. Ryan previously directed facilities management in various manufacturing facilities.
Ryan manages day to day projects of Testing and Balancing, and Commissioning related activities.

Evan Doud
Evan graduated from Iowa State University and joined the team at Precision in 2020.
Evan assists with day to day projects of Testing and Balancing, and Commissioning related activities.
